With his natural scientific genius, he developed a device that allowed him to shoot artificial webs, created a blue and red suit, and adopted the codename Spider-Man, aiming to become a star in the world of show business. Parker ignored the chance to stop a fleeing thug, and in a tragic irony, that same criminal robbed and killed his Uncle Ben. He hunted down and captured the murderer, and upon recognizing him, felt responsible.
